The following incidents were reported on: Saturday, January 20, 2018:
At 12:33 AM, Deputies were notified of a possible trespassing complaint in the N3600 Block of Klondike Road, Town of Jordan. After a subsequent investigation, Deputies arrested and cited Kaleb J. Sobacki, 18, of Monroe, for Trespass to Land without Owner’s Consent, Possession of 25 grams or less of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; John D. Schlough, 18, of Brodhead, for Trespass to Land without Owner’s Consent, Possession of 25 grams or less of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Kalee A. Schaefer, 17, of Monroe, for Trespass to Land without Owner’s Consent, Possession of 25 grams or less of Marijuana, and Possession of Tobacco Products. Each subject was released to a responsible party with a court date.
Motor Vehicle Crash with Injuries and OWI Arrest:
At 2:37 AM, Deputies responded to the W6600 Block of STH 39, in the Town of New Glarus, for a motor vehicle accident. Investigation revealed that Taylor J. Disch, 22, of New Glarus, was traveling eastbound on STH 39 when his vehicle entered the ditch and struck a power pole. Taylor was not wearing his seatbelt and there was airbag deployment in the vehicle. Taylor sustained injuries from the crash and was flown from the scene to a hospital. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene.
Taylor was later arrested for Operating While Impaired 1st Offense and cited for Operating Left of Center, Too Fast for Conditions, Operator Fail to Wear Seat Belt, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Taylor was released with a court date.
