The following incident(s) occurred on Saturday, February 06, 2010:
M/V Crash:
At 4:36 AM, Deputies were dispatched to a traffic crash on STH 39, west of York Valley Road, in the Town of York. The driver had left the scene. Investigation determined the driver was a Kyna M. Ganshert, 29, Madison. No injury, seatbelt used and airbag did not deploy. The vehicle sustained severe damage and was towed from the scene. Ganshert was cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Failure to Notify Police of Accident. Ganshert was released pending court.
M/V Crash:
At 6:37 AM, Deputies were dispatched to the W1200 block of STH 59 in the Town of Albany for a traffic crash. Barbara J. Vange, 48, Albany, collided with a deer, causing severe vehicle damage. Vange stated she was not injured, seatbelt was worn and there was no airbag deployment. The vehicle was driven from the scene.
