The following incident(s) occurred on Monday, February 08, 2010:
Traffic Arrest:
At 11:49 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the N5600 Block of Tin Can Road, Town of Albany, for an occupied vehicle parked in a farm access driveway. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Brandon Wade Schlapbach, 24, Madison, for Operating after Driver's License is Suspended. Schlapbach was released pending court.
M/V Crash:
At 6:45 AM, Deputies responded to a one-vehicle roll over crash with injuries on CTH T, near Hafeman Road, in the Town of Spring Grove. Jeffrey L. Kuhl, 52, Brodhead, advised that he was driving south on CTH T when he lost control of his vehicle, which entered the west ditch, then rolled over, coming to a rest on its roof. Kuhl was wearing his seatbelt and received an injury, but refused treatment. The airbags did not deploy and there was moderate damage to the car. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
M/V Crash:
At 8:59 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the N500 block of CTH M in the town of Cadiz for a one-vehicle accident with injuries. Randi J. Kubek, 43, Madison, was heading southbound on CTH M, lost control of her vehicle on the curve at Hale Road and entered the ditch. Kubek sustained an injury, but declined medical treatment. There was no airbag deployment, seatbelt was worn and there was severe damage to the vehicle. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
