The following incident occurred on Wednesday, February 24, 2010:
Warrant:
At 5:46 PM, Deputies arrested Andrew J. Martin, 29, Albany, at the Sheriff Department on a warrant for Disorderly Conduct issued by the City of Monroe. Martin was incarcerated pending court.
