Warrant:

At 8:50 PM, Deputies arrested Richard W. Breault Sr., 38, Monroe, in the City of Monroe, on a Civil Warrant. Breault completed the financial paperwork and was released.

The following incident(s) occurred on Thursday, February 25, 2010:

Traffic Arrest:

At 4:04 AM, Deputies checked on a vehicle traveling with a flat tire in the W1200 Block of STH 92 in the Town of Brooklyn. The driver, Alberto Sosa-Opoch, 29, Albany, was cited for 2^nd Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle after Driver License was Revoked. Sosa-Opoch was released pending court.

M/V Crash:

At 5:25 AM, Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on CTH E, just south of CTH EE, in the Town of Albany. Dawn E. Schultz, 43, Brodhead, was northbound on CTH E when a deer collided with her vehicle, causing moderate driver's side damage. No injuries were reported and Schultz was wearing her seatbelt. The vehicle was driven from the scene

Traffic Arrest:

At 9:58 AM, Deputies checked on a vehicle with the driver securing a load on CTH J, north of STH 81, Town of Monroe. The driver, Kevin J. Venden, 25, Monroe, was cited for Operating with a Suspended Licenses and released pending court.

Warrant:

At 5:24 PM, Deputies transported Daniel J. Boynton, 36, Madison, from the Green County Jail to the Belleville Police Department and turned him over to the Dane County Sheriff Department on a Dane County Warrant.
