The following incidents occurred on Sunday, February 28, 2010:

DISTURBANCE:

At approximately 2:27 AM, Deputies were called to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Nye Road in Exeter Township.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of Sharlene L. Perrii, 34, of rural Belleville, for domestic-related charges of Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Violation of Condition of Bond.  It was reported that Perrii was not to have contact with a subject at the residence.  Perrii was incarcerated in the Green County Jail pending Court.

TRAFFIC ARREST:

At approximately 7:52 PM, Deputies cited Shawn A. West, 24, of Racine, WI, for Operating with a Revoked Driver’s License, following a traffic stop on STH 11/81 east of CTH OK in Spring Grove Township. West was released pending Court.

TRAFFIC ARREST:    

At approximately 9:36 PM, Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on CTH FF, near Abels Road, in Monroe Township.  An investigation resulted in the arrest of the driver, John C. Elmer, 25, of Monroe, for 1^st Offense Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of alcohol.  Elmer was also cited for Operating Left of Center and Failure to Maintain Control of a vehicle.  Elmer was released pending his initial Court appearance.
