The following incidents occurred on Monday, March 01, 2010:

TRAFFIC ARREST:    

At approximately 12:04 AM, Deputies investigated an occupied vehicle along the road in the N2300 block of Cadiz Spring Road, Town of Cadiz.  Deputies identified the driver as James L. Sweeney, 27, of Monroe, who originally provided a false name.  Sweeney was cited for Operating with a Revoked Driver’s License and Obstruction.  The name James Sweeney had provided had a felony warrant through South Dakota.  It was found that the wanted subject resided in the City of Monroe.  The warrant information was turned over to the Monroe Police Department who ultimately arrested Ronald E. Sweeney, 30, of Monroe, on the warrant.  James Sweeney was released pending Court.
